Pancetta & Fresh cream Gnocchis


This weekend, I had an italian vibe. So I decided to cook a delicious classic: Gnocchis. I'm pretty proud of myself because I actually came up with my own recipe. Try it if you feel like it : )

Pancetta and fresh cream gnocchis :

-Cut your pancetta in small pieces.
-Brown it up in a hot pan with a little olive oil.
-Add grated parmigiano reggiano, lemon zest, fresh italian parsley and fresh cream.
-Cook your gnocchis in boiling water.
-Melt a little butter in a pan and brown up a little your cooked gnocchis.
-Mix everything together and ENJOY!
